Brent has been one of the top agents in the Sea Shore Realty office for the last 10 years.  He has been awarded the 2011 Bronze as well as the 2012, 2013, and 2014 Gold “Circle of Excellence” awards from the Hampton Roads Realtor Association.  He routinely receives outstanding feedback from clients.  Brent is currently a trainer, recruiter, mentor, and plays a vital role in the DNA of Sea Shore Realty.  

For the past several years Brent has had the opportunity to do public speaking in a variety of different venues on several different topics beyond real estate.  It has always been a passion of his to motivate and inspire others through his speaking engagements.  

Brent served the community of Virginia Beach as a police officer and retired after a great 15 years with the department.  He continues to serve this same community for 10 years strong now as a Realtor.  Brent is always moving forward, always learning, and always growing.  For Brent, it has always been about building relationships because relationships are the foundation of life.  

His Facebook fan pages, Instagram, Twitter, Google +, Linked In and blog will be on the forefront of the real estate market containing pictures, videos, and articles from experts in the industry.  His hope is to be the “go-to” guy for all your real estate needs as well as to educate you on home ownership and the community.  

Brent also trains and pushes his step-son in races as a member of Team Hoyt VB.  This organization is setup so that the volunteers are the legs for children with disabilities.  This allows them be able to run the races and to participate in community activities.  He currently is one of the leaders of a mentor program called Strength with Wave City Care.

VIRGINIA BEACH NEIGHBORHOODS

There are an array of great neighborhoods in Virginia Beach to choose from.  It really boils down to what neighborhood is the best fit for you and your family.  I would be more than happy to help you with the searching process and pinpointing the best area for you and your unique needs.  One thing to consider would be the best schools for your child/children or future children.

FOXFIRE

Located in southern Virginia Beach, Foxfire is another great established neighborhood for families where your middle school aged children can walk to Princess Anne Middle School. Princess Anne Elementary School is right across the street from the neighborhood entrance. It is also zoned for Kellam High School. Off of Seaboard Rd near the intersection of Princess Anne and Seaboard.  View map  Within Foxfire are both custom built homes as well as townhomes.  The back of the neighborhood is backed up to Heron Ridge Golf Course.

LAGOMAR

The Lagomar Neighborhood Civic League provides the latest news for the residents as well as a calender of upcoming events and opportunities to give back to our great community.

It’s within minutes of Sandbridge Beach, Back Bay Wildlife Refuge, Hells Point Golf Club, and the Red Mill Commons Shopping Center. Lagomar is in one of the best School Districts, Kellam High School, Princess Anne Middle School, and Red Mill Elementary.

There is also the Princess Anne Recreation Center which has great programs and activities for families.  Next door to that is the Princess Anne Public Library.

HERON RIDGE

Heron Ridge Estates is a custom home built golf course community located in Southern Virginia Beach off of Seaboard Road. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea while looking out across the fairways. This is an active community with great neighborhood events all organized through their homeowners association.

This beautiful neighborhood is central to Sandbridge Beach and the Virginia Beach Municipal Center. Do you enjoy shopping? Check out the Red Mill Commons. This dynamic shopping center has been voted “Best of the Beach” numerous years in a row. Great food and entertainment can be found here.

REDMILL

The Red Mill neighborhood is located in the heart of southeast Virginia Beach in the 23454 and 23456 zip code areas.  This area of Virginia Beach is rapidly growing and the homes are priced right.  With neighborhood parks for the kids to play in and it being in the hub of this developing area, there is no better community for you to raise your family.

Conveniently located close to: Naval installations (Oceana and Dam Neck). The beaches at Sandbridge and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort area, as well as Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge where you can enjoy many outdoor activities.  There is also the Princess Anne Rec Center where there are plenty of programs and activities for the whole family. For The Golfing Enthusiast We Have: Hell’s Point, Heron Ridge And The Oceana Golf Course. Plenty Of Shopping, Great Food, And Lively Nightlife At Redmill Commons. 

THREE OAKS

This is a great family oriented neighborhood in southern Virginia Beach. You can walk your elementary age children to school at Three Oaks Elementary School. Other schools zoned for this neighborhood are Princess Anne Middle Schooland Kellam High School. Three Oaks is located in the southern section of Virginia Beach off of Princess Anne Road (General Booth). The adjacent neighborhoods are Highgate Greens and Southgate. These Homes Were Built In The Late 80’S And Are Known For Their Huge Lots.vThere Is Also A Waterway That Many Homes Back Up To.

CHRISTOPHER FARMS

Christopher Farms is a beautiful family oriented neighborhood in Virginia Beach. Located between Holland Road and Princess Anne Road, it is private yet convenient to shopping. It is landscaped with mature trees and has wide streets with many sidewalks and cul-de-sacs. Most of the homes in Christopher Farms were built between 1988 and 1998.  Christopher Farms Elementary School is nestled in the neighborhood so makes it convenient for parents and students.  This beautiful neighborhood is also zoned for Princess Anne Middle School and Kellam High School.

SOUTHGATE

Southgate is centrally located in southern Virginia Beach off ofGeneral Booth near Princess Anne Road, as you are heading towards Sandbridge Beach.  It is only a 15 to 20 minute drive from the Virginia Beach oceanfront resort area. This beautiful family oriented neighborhood has several parks for outdoor play with your kids.  With access to many different activities within the Virginia Beach area, it is the perfect place to call home. There is a large variety of shopping and dining right down the street near General Booth and Nimmo Pkwy atRed Mill Commons.  As well as the Strawbridge Marketplace, at the corner of London Bridge and General Booth, where you can enjoy a great movie at the Regal Cinemas. The Princess Anne Recreation Center and Princess Anne Public Library are right around the corner on Nimmo Pkwy. It is zoned for some of the best Virginia Beach schools.  Princess Anne Elementary, Princess Anne Middle, andKellam High School.

HIGHGATE

Located in Southeast Virginia Beach, this is a beautiful established custom built neighborhood with a lake and beautiful landscape of trees located off General Booth Boulevard.  It has an active homeowners association that holds many great events. This neighborhood is located off of Princess Anne (General Booth) across from the Southgate neighborhood. Current schools are Princess Anne Elementary, Princess Anne Middle and Kellam High School. This neighborhood is close to: Princess Anne Recreation Center, Princess Anne Public Library, Redmill Commons Shopping Center., Strawbridge Market Place with a Regal Cinemas. NAS Oceana Naval Air Station, Dam Neck Naval Base, and a 15 to 20 minute drive to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort or to Sandbridge Beaches.

HERITAGE PARK

Heritage Park is a community located near Sandbridge Beach in southern Virginia Beach.   Located close to shopping, schools and beaches, you have all you need for you and your family.

This beautiful neighborhood is close to: Princess Anne Recreation Center, Princess Anne Public Library, Redmill Commons Shopping Center, Strawbridge Market Place with a Regal Cinemas, NAS Oceana Naval Air Station, Equikid, and Sandbridge beaches.

Welcome to the neighborhood of Ocean Lakes.   This neighborhood is central to both Sandbridge Beaches and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.   Also central to shopping, bases and great schools, you won’t go wrong with making this neighborhood your home.
